Don’t push yourself too hard.

Don’t push yourself too hard.
Are you still working? Don’t push yourself too hard.
It’s nice to hear that I’ve become a project manager, but don’t push yourself too hard.

I study English very hard.
It’s hard to say goodbye.
I had a hard time in the U.S.
be hard on ~
Hey! It’s already eight o’clock. Time to leave. Don’t be hard on yourself.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. You still have plenty of time.

Don’t be too hard on him.「彼につらくあたるな」のように応用もきく
Don’t work too hard.

Don’t work too hard. It’s OK to keep your own pace.

Don’t overdo it.

overdo it(働きすぎる、やりすぎる)
Don’t overdo it. The deadline is in more than one month.

Just take it easy,
